Pavlyuchenko pledges to stay at Tottenham
By Marshall Dyton | Mar 18, 2010

RomanTottenham star Roman Pavlyuchenko says he is committed to stay at White Lane despite seeking exit in just ended January transfer window.

Pavlyuchenko asked for exit after he was unhappy with his sideline from first team the thing he thought would put his World Cup dreams with the national team at risk.

“I’m not in a hurry to make decisions on my career - unlike last month, when I was sure I would leave,” Telegraph quoted Pavlyuchenko as saying.

“I now think only about the end of the season.

“We stand a good chance of finishing in the Champions League places, so we shouldn’t waste this opportunity.

“And we will fight for the FA Cup, too. So I will think about my future in May.

“And I’m not going to guess how many goals I’ll score - let’s count them once it’s over.”

Arriving at Whitelane in September 2008, Pavlyuchenko  have so far scored eight goals in his last six games and he is now  in a team which is fighting for English Premier League top four .

The Russian has also found his net  in each and every English domestic cup competition game he has played in, except for the 2009 Football League Cup Final.
